Most people looking for open plots in Shadnagar ask us the same three things: is the layout approved, are the roads actually laid, and will a bank give a loan on it. At all three of our projects the answer is yes.
Our first project, Sree Laxmi Balaji Township, is a 46 acre DTCP layout inside Shadnagar town, now completed. Today we are selling two HMDA approved layouts a short drive south in Balanagar: RRR Sree Sreenivasa County on the Regional Ring Road and Sri Balaji County on a 100 ft road.

Location
Shadnagar used to be known as a small town on the Bangalore highway. Today it has the six lane NH-44, the Regional Ring Road passing close by, SEZs at Polepally and Jadcherla, and Amazon's development centre on the way to Hyderabad.
Land inside the Outer Ring Road is now out of reach for most families. Shadnagar is one of the few places where a salaried buyer can still own an approved plot within easy reach of the airport and the city.

At our running projects, residential plots start at ₹16,000 per sq. yd at Sri Balaji County and ₹18,000 at RRR Sree Sreenivasa County. Commercial plots are ₹18,000 and ₹20,000. Prices change, so call us for the current list.
Our running projects, Sri Balaji County and RRR Sree Sreenivasa County, are HMDA approved and registered with TG RERA. Our completed Sree Laxmi Balaji Township is DTCP and TG RERA approved. Ask our team for copies of the approval documents.
Yes, bank loans are available on all three layouts. Our team will help with the documents.
RRR Sree Sreenivasa County has residential and commercial plots from 150 to 500 sq. yds. Sri Balaji County has East and West facing, corner and commercial plots in different sizes.
